I can't seem to turn it off, and comcast customer service doesn't even seem to know what it is. Things I have tried: * Turning on spanish and french language through audio settings. * Turning on and off Descriptive audio service (it was already on off) * resetting the cable box changing language settings and audio settings through the TV.
