Personally I wrestle 138 at 6 foot, but I feel somewhere around 5’9 is probably best for the weight class. i’m 5’8 and wrestled at 113, i lost 15 pounds during wrestling this season. Imo just being as jacked as possible for the weight is the best, so being very below average height for the weight too.
