My favourite build in all my runs of Bloodborne definitely has to be Skill/Bloodtinge because it gives you the wide array of SKL weapons plus the holy grail of Bloodtinge, the Chikage, which is what you go Bloodtinge for in the first place, and Simon's Bowblade is pretty cool too and there's nothing else like it in Bloodborne.

The only reason to get Bloodtinge in such a build is to use Rifle Spear or Reiterpallasch. Reiterpallasch is more of a pure skill weapon. The only blood damage dealing attack is the gun shot, which doesn’t have the best scaling.
