It's been a thing since Biotech launched. The one issue with it (in my mind) is that if the mother has endogenes the game seems to assume the father is still 100% baseliner, meaning that her kid will probably have half her endogenes. I have a colonist that can’t give birth. She goes into labor, I don’t get the “gather for birth” option and yellow progress bar grows forever.
