Sonos factory reset

I have tried to factory reset them but for example, on the Sonos Play:3, I only managed to get the flashing orange light, which never turned green. The light on the Sonos Playbar does not turn on at all. Steps i took for the Playbar was: Turned off power. Press and hold on the play/pause button, then turning on the power.
