Plex remote access not working

Had my Plex server working remotely for over a year now issue. Honestly I don't watch much remotely but I used Plexamp a ton in my car for music. Two days ago it just stopped working completely.

Everything worked perfectly fine on there. Switching to TrueNas I have Plex setup properly (I think) except that I can't remotely access it. I've set both the NAS and the Plex jail to a static IP, and I've forwarded the correct port, however it isn't allowing me to remotely access the server.
