Unlike the high-profile change in urethane rules, I haven’t seen one potentially hugely impactful PBA rule change for 2024 mentioned anywhere. I didn’t know about until I was tipped to it, as the 2024 PBA rule book was just posted online on Saturday and I’ve been so busy I hadn’t found time to go through it.
