Homebrew. I was looking at Pronate's guide to custom weapon and I realized you could make some very powerful combinations. One that caught my eye is as follow : You start with d6 + 1 point Put the Advanced flaw, you now have 6 points total Agile is 2 points Reach is 3. Based on the guide, you'd even have 1 point leftover, to add a minor trait.

There is a fighter feat that lets you use a one handed weapon 2handed for a single attack, but that's about it. You definitely won't be able to get both tethered and thrown on a 2 handed weapon that isn't already built for it.
