Looking thru the forums, I saw a suggestion to run thru the Xfinity box set-up SOLELY for the TV and then exit the box set-up with the TV working, then separately reprogram the remote only (via the holding Xfinity & mute buttons together). I went thru that process but am getting the identical result.
