Help with 1917 Erfurt Markings. Attached is my 1917 Erfurt shooter, matching but refinished at some point, could someone tell me what the Unit Marking stand for? 7.R.11.7. It is interesting; in that the “11” appears both under the grips and on the back side of the trigger plate.
