My husband and I live one block away from Localis and have been wanting to try the restaurant for years, and especially since it became Sacramento's second Michelin star restaurant. Every course was incredible, thoughtfully prepared and presented, memorable, delicious and we loved the "from Amsterdam to Germany" inspired menu.
