No one was hostile in the town and the STG was still active, however the bar man and his ninjas had disappeared while I was away to the South. Even building small wind generators on rooftops, the town will not dent power generated from your faction.After buying the Hub you have to move away from the Hub with all Charracter so that it can be reloaded!
