god help, i have this but sometimes it’s so bad at night itll feel like a hot tingly band under/in between my rib cage. i notice after i drink a lot of water/eat lunch at work, i do sit crisscross but i will get that left side tingling after lunch and then for the rest of the day until dinner (i do sit all day since it’s call center)
