By the end it gets down to 8 hours of daylight with colder temps and a higher likelihood of snow, especially in the north. It also tends to be the rainiest month of the year.

The last time I visited Iceland was a few years ago in November, and it was incredible! People were very nice, everything was clean, and it felt very safe. We saw the Aurora, explored Reykjavík, visited the Golden Circle and did a South Iceland day trip (including Vik, a couple waterfalls, and a short glacier trek).
