Glock 19x milled slide

RMR on a Glock 19x. I'm debating on installing a Trijicon RMR on a Glock 19x. The main hurdle is the mounting options. From what I've read it sounds better to buy a new slide that is milled and retain the OEM slide. I've been looking at Suarez, but you need to use Gen 4 internals.
