Ford escape limp mode

1. Goes into Limp mode. 2. Lose all throttle response. 3. Begins to idle roughly. 4. Throttle power control (wrench light) comes on and it spits out 1 of 2 codes P2111 and P2112. After pulling over to the side of the road and restarting my vehicle it seems to run fine for a bit and occurs all over again.
