Chevy malibu stalls when stopping

4 posts · Joined 2023. #1 · Mar 28, 2023. I have a 2013 Malibu Eco 2.4L engine. The vehicle stalls while driving, no codes are present. I have replaced the VVT because it has done this before. Only this time I can drive for a few days and runs just fine but out of nowhere it will stall out when trying to accelerate and it sputters.

I'm having the same issue on my 2013 Malibu to where it shuts off when I come to a stop light and idling sounds kind of rough so I will also try changing my Vvt Solenoids to see if that fixes the problem because dealership won't fix it because they don't know what it is.I have a 2001 Chevy Malibu, It stalls when driving, will let me start it back up, but stalls when put into gear.
