The metrics show issues coming from the ATT side of network. -Packet loss is greater than 10% to all external IPs. -Worst packet loss is to ATT DNS servers. Packet Loss to DNS servers >40%. -I have a BOVPN and it is going up and down due to the packet loss .. unstable at best.
