8n ford carburetor adjustment

Jun 2, 2013 · Jun 2, 2013. #1. I have a ford 8N that seems to be starving for fuel. Starts fine, but will not run smooth until main mixture screw is basically turned all of the way out or removed. I checked all of the passages in the carb. The only one that I cannot get cleaner through is the idle circuit passage on the bottom half of the carb.
