I have a 2007 Jeep commander 3.7 litre engine with a misfire code on Cylinder #5 I have replaced the spark plugs, coil pack, fuel injector and replaced the intake manifold. When doing so I replaced different possible vacuum lines that I thought may have been old and damaged.
