Baby will come when baby wants to come. I wouldn’t stress. Pre-labor dilation doesn't mean anything and you can be dilated for weeks. Your cervix isn’t a crystal ball and cannot predict labor. Cervical dilation tells you nothing but where you are in the moment. You could very easily stay that 1cm until 42 weeks.
