Paul. '96 F-150 were all 5 lugs on 5.5" spacing, just like the rest of the OBS F-150's. If a person has a '96 F-150 with something different, it is not factory. The axle has been swapped, redrilled, or there are some goofy spacers/adapters in place. I've seen several OBS F-150's on Craiglist incorrectly listed as 97'.
